Reverse Engineer Anything (REA): errors and fixes

• REA setup fails: Node.js version not supported

  You run npx rea-agents setup, nothing gets installed, the output says status: needs_human, and the last line asks you to install a different Node.js.

• REA not showing up in your AI agent after setup

  REA isn't in your agent's tool list or MCP settings, or the agent says it has no REA tools.

• rea doctor says healthy: false

  rea doctor --json reports "healthy": false with a list of failures: Hopper, Ghidra, IDA, JADX…
