装完 REA，AI 助手里却看不到它

在助手的工具列表或 MCP 设置里找不到 REA，或者问助手时它说没有 REA 的工具。

实测：2026-10-27，macOS 15.6.1，REA 6.8.0。输出来自尚未安装 REA 的电脑。

原因

最常见的两个原因：REA 没有注册到这个助手（setup 时没选它，或者没批准修改），或者注册了但助手没有重启。

Claude Desktop 还有一个特殊情况：setup 时它还开着，运行中的程序用内存里的旧配置把文件覆盖了，REA 的注册就丢了。

解决步骤

1. 检查这个助手的注册（把 cursor 换成你的助手 id）：

   npx rea-agents doctor --client cursor --json

2. 如果 registration:… 这一项失败，就为这个助手重新运行 setup 并批准修改。Claude Desktop 要先完全退出：

3. 完全重启助手。只关窗口不够，要从菜单退出再打开。

4. doctor 只检查配置文件，不检查助手的实时连接。如果 doctor 通过了但助手里还是没有：桌面版助手的 PATH 可能和终端不同，请查看助手的 MCP 报错日志，并参考 Launchers and PATH（英文）。
